So, I am considering unlinking my account from Cross-Play as I only did so to play with a couple of friends who have Xbox. If I do choose to do so, Will I lose all my current cards from my Diamond Dynasty Collection? I can't seem to find an answer to this question elsewhere.
Took me forever to get Trout and Several others and certainly don't want to start over again. Hopefully, someone here would know.

Not sure lawsuits or such are necessary, but I do think an eyebrow should be raised in their direction and close monitoring take place. IGN certainly should be informed if they are not already.
Playstation refunded the Cyberpunk purchases not all that long ago due to poor performance, IGN did a story on it as well. I think it is getting close to the same type of response to MLB The Show, as much as I hate to say that, but, this has been a constant issue since release. Even beta testing this year was sloppy.
As I said in a post a couple of days ago, This happens every year on launch and I mean "EVERY YEAR". I been playing this from the beginning, have been a Beta tester several times. I knew this year would probably be even more so unstable due to the cross-platform. SDS really needs to be held accountable for such issues. PlayStation Network needs to step in and SDS needs to be monitored from an outside source. I don't mind and expect an occasional interruption. But this has been an issue for years. Yes, it does get worked out, usually within the first month, but still, this needs to end.
It will continue until there is some sort of consequence. I really enjoy this game and have been faithful but gotta be honest and call them out. Maybe PlayStation and XBOX need to pull it from the store as they did with Cyberpunk until they get this resolved.

Yes!!! Every year is the same, for about the first few weeks, I'm curious now that there is cross-play if it will be even longer.
Agree with thinkbluedgr!!!! I have beta tested 3 yrs in a row and SDS still gets an "F" every year at startup. Constant server issues for the first month every darn year. You would think they would have this at perfection after all these years. But nope, just a big mess every year.
