Just deleted the game. The time sink into ranked does not match the reward. Long time player here too and the rubber banding is more evident so far in 2025 than ever. The RNG crowd will be "iTs BaSeBaLl" but its a baseball VIDEO GAME. When I read what the opponent is doing and earn a run, there shouldn't be the sliders to boost the opponent the next half inning. Its the same book that EA does with Fifa and their kick-off glitch to artificially keep games close. If I'm mashing good hits constantly and getting line drives but the opponent gets a terrible contact hit, then my pitcher shouldn't $hit his pants and not have enough "clutch" to throw anywhere close to where I'm aiming.
I used to say this is better than anything EA put out there but they've slowly turned this into Fifa with the ability to get the cards. Gameplay comes first tho and holy [censored] I'm fuming, Ranked has gotten worse than FC Rivals or Fut Champs.
