I have over 300k in canceled orders and all the stubbs went missing.. and not returened thats 200$ can someone at SDS help out

playstation support doesn't' seem to know what to do.... smh -
I have over 200$ in Stubbs missing!! Did buy order canceled them and never got the Stubbs back!! So much for getting bellinger and tatis
