By the way, you should be able to redeem your code today April 20 and you will find your items in marketplace under Stubbs about 10-20 minutes later.
I feel we got jerked around on this preorder and therefore am asking San Diego studios to make it right to those of who spent the extra money to get the items early!

Xbox support just said it could take up to 24 hours to show up due to everyone hitting the server at once.

How do you activate equipment to get the perks that say +6 +5 etc? I know you can do it for your player, but I thought in the past you could do it for the team too? Am I wrong?

Seems like all the companies are jerking us around and say "Contact the other guy". So I did get a Microsoft guy to give me a sort of answer. He said the actual codes were meant for April 20th (Actual regular release day). So, I saw someone else say possibly Monday, but Tuesday at the latest. I think it's [censored] that we pay extra money for this game so we can get EVERYTHING early, and the codes will not work until the regular release day. I'm hoping SONY STUDIOS will make it up to all of us somehow. But DOn't hold your breath. Anyway, hoping we all get our extra GAME ITEMS soon! Hang in there friends. Also if anyone wants to friend me on XBOX or this game look me up: SKirkham1967A I'm a friendly guy that likes to play with folks who don't have a lot of drama online. 
If anyone gets a fix, please post it here of how it got resolved. Thanks

I have tried to enter my Xbox add on code through the console, pc, tablet and have had 0 luck with it. I paid 99 dollars for this game and want this fixed ASAP
