I would much rather have it that when I intend to check-swing I go around, rather than if I intend to swing I actually check-swing. The latter happened to me quite often last year.

Personally I think this year hit the nail on the head in terms of check-swing realism.

steal on and sac bunt.
pitcher gets hit with pitch on bunt attempt should be strike 3.
doesn't count as strike and runner moved to second.
