Wireless, I’m on all star so frustrating. I’ve lost more than a handful of games because of lag issues. On my main setup (wired) I’m always in HOF at the very minimum.

For Xbox players, you can turn off cross play by blocking cross-network play in the “privacy and online safety” tab under “account” in Xbox settings.
Not to mention, I’m home for the holidays and don’t have a wired connection like I usually do.. its pretty miserable on wireless.

Y’all are bots for not mentioning Cabrera as your #1. Game literally freezes when you throw the sinker. Sorry, just lost the typical 1-0 game against him. I was all over every pitch and knew where and when he was throwing the sinker. Nothing I could do.

Try yankee stadium. Traveled there one time and noticed the smoothest gameplay (i was so surprised I have around 150 games played).

I will forever pick yankee stadium unfortunately but worth it.

Happens to me too. Prolly should just take the hint and save our money.

The rule is dumb because it’ll eventually just be the catcher that will have the sticky stuff or some of the infielders. Keep tossing the ball around the infield after a K tho

Why am I so bad with tatis? I was lucky enough to pull some solid diamonds from affinity packs including him. This is my first year playing The Show and I guess you could say I’m an average player on the Xbox.

Idk if this is my excuse for batting .170 with him but he only performs for me in clutch moments sometimes. Should I sell the [censored] card? I started out bunting a lot like a bot. Getting out of that habit. Idk because I bat better with Marciano and Groshans. I also have a CAP that performs best at SS/2B, so I don’t really have a spot for him but the guy is on the cover of the game.

Who should I start

My CAP. who’s insane at fielding (SS/2B) and decent contact hitter, feel forced to start him and don’t wanna grind a rtts again.

Jordan groshans. I have tatis at ss and seager at 3rd.

Niko goodrum. I love him he’s a beast. Could be a little biased.

Also would like to know what catcher you start

I’m now 8-0 with him and is the only pitcher I’ve hit a home run with. Pretty slept on IMO.

Edit: Pressing a button shouldn’t reward you. Make these dudes move their pci to bunt.

Press down on the direction pad to bring up your defensive alignment. Adjust it to bunt defense for the batter. That will usually stop everyone from attempting to bunt.

You can also bring your fielders in individually if you feel your second baseman is still too far back. More time consuming, but basically 100% effective.

For the individual shift, do you use the d pad for this as well? Great info thanks.

Toughest thing to defend I don’t get it. I’d rather have someone freeze me than play against someone who bunts

Thanks. It seems like secondaries of all players are pretty scuffed, unless you pick the right secondary.

What do the different indicators/badges under your players feet when fielding? For instance, my cap has 99 fielding and a bronze indicator will still show up and he’ll force an error.
