The people that buy the game shouldn’t have to accept the garbage we got this year either. There’s no communication and that pisses people off. A little effort on their part would go a long way here.

The division did state of the game where they talked about everything. They did this weekly. Sds can’t spare an hour or two a week and talk to their player base. Meanwhile before launch ramone was everywhere, the stupid coach videos. They got everyone pumped then sold us a [censored]

They can't spare 5 minutes to say what's happening and that they're trying to fix it. Anyway...It's been like 20 minutes, I'm surprised this post is still up. I've got literally anything else to do, so I'm out of here. Enjoy your game. It's a fun game...when you can play it.

It certainly is possible, and I did do that. There was absolutely no response until I got slapped with a ban for finally getting fed up.

I'm not mad about that. I'm surprised it took so long. That's not the point. The point is their game has crapped out every few hours and they haven't done anything to deserve any goodwill from people. Every year it's similar, this year in particular, the release has been especially garbage.

If I'd gotten a response over the first two weeks to any of the issues I had, then I wouldn't have gotten to the point where I was mad in the first place. SDS is trash. Their communications team has completely dropped the ball. That's the point. Not the ban. I don't care about the ban.

Email SDS. You'll get a response eventually and maybe they'll trade the card in for you by the time Dom Smith retires.

I know SDS hosts MLB The Show using Amazon Web Services (AWS). My understanding is that SDS has to pay AWS for services based on expected capacity (for both database and server usage). They must be continually trying to recalibrate to purchase enough capacity to meet the load, but not buy too much capacity (and end up losing money).

I'm also guessing they seriously underestimated the amount of load that all of the XB users are adding (from last year's baseline), especially considering the presence of MLBTS within Game Pass.

If your theory is correct, then whoever makes that decision should be fired. They undercalculate by far every year.

When there's one response for every week the servers [censored] out, all that's left is speculation. I'd suggest your entire communication team come up with something better than "we're working on fixing the same problem that's plagued releases for 5 years."

Buncha thin skin hosers, can't be bothered to actually respond to the multitude of people they've ignored with their garbage game...but apparently, once you say something bad about them, they hide behind their ToS.

Did I break the ToS? Sure did. Why? Because night after night after night of this game breaking down and losing progress without so much as a peep from SDS, I got mad. It's understandable. I'm gonna go ahead and call this the last straw.

Keep my $100. F uc ki ng swindlers. You run your company like trash, you're going to end up blowing it. I'm done with you, you thin skinned cu nts.

I expect this post to last approximately 8 minutes (It should be about 1, but SDS has let their incompetence show freely, so I'm guessing it'll stick around far longer than it should).
