In my last ranked game I hit 3 line drives off the pitchers upper body that bounced to a fielder or landed near him and threw me out.

At least if he gets hit in the face he shouldn't be going to get the ball and throwing me out.

Every count is 2-0 start. I'm drawing so many walls without fouling balls. It's miserable.

this is a real problem with a 3 hitter limit. i keep getting my reliever on red and then he's just gonna get smashed. being forced to walk guys bc of this issue just so i can get to a fresh pitcher.

Is this some plot to extend our playtime on game pass? It's so annoying

why do people who think they are smart do dumb things and hurt the masses

garbage cards below 89 and no new programs, nothing to work on bc they gated seasons and team affinity into part 1 etc....this is stupid

why would i spend 1500 stubs to play a mode where i can only usually get 4-6 wins? it's basically a loss every time getting a silver and gold plus 1 pack. the events and seasons provide the same progress at no cost.

bring back the BR program rewards

quit out and don't even play some of the games against the bad opponents. you want them to win so you face them in the playoffs. you only need to win 18 of the 30 or so games to finish in 1st or 2nd place so once you get there just start and quit the games, don't waste your time.

Pitchers are hit by liners or have behind the back catches almost every game in real life. Average exit velocity and launch angle make it a highly likely outcome, which is why we see it so often in both MLB and DD.

Just seems like this would be a likely response here.

its so easy. you can literally just avoid playing any games until you are stacked across the board. just keep spreading and make sure the cpu never has a +2 gap next to you anywhere. took me about 45 minutes to take all the territories just leaving the games to be played later.

the rewards for playing all the games are kinda junk so i may just leave it be. the packs awarded for taking all the empty space was nice htough.

He is ridic to use plus he turns Jansen, gagne, and diaz into 99s. Kimberly is at 97 and even Sutter and lee are low 90s.

The low-key gem for me is that he turns my smoltz (level 4) into a 99 also. +15 k and hits on a starter is sick.

None of the hitters are that strong to be, but ortiz could be later on. Santana could be also but building a good switch lineup costs too much rn.

haven't played in about 4 days, played almost every day up til then. the game is just in this absurd 4 week BR cycle, 2 week event, 4 week ranked over and over and over. i am in awe at the number of recycled cards in team affinity.

we need more options for competitive formats. i'd love a BR 8 man tourney where everyone joins and once it fills, you play a single elimination tournament with prizes for top 2 or top 3.

the game is too focused on just time grind and the repetitive stuff is so boring.

i'd also love a team affinity competitive mode where you have to build a team with an OVR no greater than 90 or 93 or something and all players must be from a single team.

just give us more interesting options

i finished this in the first 6-7 hours the game dropped. it's so easy if you just follow the rule of enforcing to one less than your neighbor as you move west and then loop down through texas and florida and back up to the east.

btw, don't forget to always pick your 5th pitcher as your starter and you can always sub in after the game gets going. so much easier when you're facing bronze pitchers.

i got super lucky....got trout and all 3 relivers (clase, aroldis, devin w)...also got cron and josh bell who i didn't want, but bell has been decent so far. cron is just binder trash
