I tend to do well in showdown.. the right perks and good balance in your lineup helps. Be patient take pitches and don’t panic general tips. The ones that get me are the 6 out ones cause there is little room for error. I enjoy them for the most part but definitely get frustrated when I waste 40 mins just to lose on the next to last showdown. I understand not liking them or skipping them if they are taking so many try’s. My best friend plays while watching tv and struggles with them but he’s not nearly as into the game. So focus patience and find your pitch. Or skip it altogether if they aren’t fun and feel like a waste of time I’d say

I semi care about my record I mean at the end of the day it is what is but of course people would rather have a winning record.. I felt the same way in madden and it doesn’t display so I don’t think that has anything to do with my psychology.

I do like it shows the record tho.. not for any flex reasons as I’m like 40-30 I just like to know what I’m up against just like batting averages ‍️ I pitch pretty good and hit okay. If I’m playing someone who is obviously a goon (400+ batting avgs and 75%+ win percentage) I’m not gonna waste my time fighting back if I get down. If the person is just average like me and hitting me well or pitching me well I’m likely to stick it out

3 team infinity cards and 1 incognito program away. Should get him when I get home from work later or sometime tomorrow! Can’t wait to try out my second favorite pitcher of all time. Already have my favorite in Pedro

Haha I did that for his 3rd HR but on Veteran.. I was grinding other TA2 players so I didn’t really care too much but it got to the point he was factored to lvl 2 and there wasn’t many more players to grind. It was just funny to me I spent all day yesterday trying to get a HR with him and then today that was a moment

Update after taking a short break… first at bat, 2nd pitch.. HR to straight away center on a perfect perfect! I thought it was forsure gonna be a double haha

I was stuck on McGuire captain card 3 hrs for so long while hitting around 400 and certainly getting my share of doubles and singles rbis just couldn’t get the last HR until i finally went to a custom ballpark to rip one out.

Now we get weekly wonders and I need a HR with said card. Spent 30 minutes at least 5 or 6 perfect perfect off the wall doubles.. 2000+ xp still no HR like it’s Big Mac why is he a double machine lol
