All of the above.
And, maybe it is geeky of me, but have players that retire in franchise mode be able to become coaches and managers.
And rain outs to schedule double headers.

Boog Schiambi is a capable play by play man and I like him.....when he's not reading a script.
Chris Singleton is a stiff.
I know that we give SDS a ton of [censored]. Rightfully so. But, they did do something that made me chuckle.
After a game where I stranded a lot of runners, the public address announcer said that I "left an incredible amount of runners on base."
So, I thought I'd throw SDS a bone. Well played.
No. It's always the same thing every single year. Instead of paying attention to actual tweaks that would make sense, they would rather do stupid stuff like add Godzilla monsters.
Not to mention, on the ps4 version, everytime you log out of the game, it deletes your jukebox and music cues. You have to keep adding it again.
Just curious if there are any legendary players you would like to see SDS to add to the game.
I would like them to add Gil Hodges, Dizzy Dean, Thurmon Munson, Roger Maris, Darryl Strawberry, Ted Simmons, David Wright, Maury Wills, and Dave Winfield, to name a few.
Since the latest game update, game keeps crashing! Whenever I try to start a game it crashes!
Anyone else having this issue?

How are you connecting your PS5 to your monitor and does your monitor have speakers?
Check your PS5 settings for audio output to make sure your set output is what is connected. As a test you can set your controller as the output to see if sound is present
ps5 is set up to tv through hdmi. All other games are getting sound without a problem. I have checked the sound settings on the game, and can't see where the issue is. However, when I plug in headphones to the controller, I can get sound.
If you’re getting sound from MLBTS through your controller, then the game is putting out sound. It’s either a setting in your PS5 or TV.
Since you’re getting sound from other games on your TV, then I would look more carefully at the settings in the PS5.
I don’t know of a sound setting in the game to choose where your sound output is sent, but when I get on my console later this morning, I will scrounge around the settings to see.
Edit: Yeah, I didn't find any output settings in the game itself. There are several sound settings in the console, though. Maybe play with those to see if you can get the sound to work. Your TV may also have specific sound settings that can be adjusted. Maybe, and I'm not sure about this, but maybe your TV is set in a manner where it cannot output the sound from the game. I don't see how that is possible, but in cases like this, you must try everything possible to eliminate one piece at a time.
Got it fixed. It was a problem with the HDMI cord. Which is weird that it only affected the ps5 version of MLBTS. Not every other game I have on it.
But, I do really appreciate your help. Thank you!
If I want to build a new stadium for the Royals, as an example, I should be able to add the retired numbers they already have instead of using the lame "fence" numbers.
I have imported at least 500 songs to the game. I set up my Jukebox, player walk-up songs, and Stadium sounds, and then when I turn the game off, it is all deleted. The songs are still imported, but the entire Jukebox and cues are deleted. So, I have to do it all over again. Annoying AF.
It's kind of lame that you have continued to have the same Classic Sadiums and no variety in the spring training stadiums year after year.
I was hoping that maybe with a new year you would include some new stadiums. Like maybe Ebbets Field, Candlestick Park, Metropolitan Stadium in Minnesota, County Stadium in Milwaukee. And, you could have, at least, recreated the home of the Dunedin Blue Jays.
Does anyone know when the next Live Roster Update will be downloaded? I am patiently waiting to start my franchise. But, I don't want to start it without Robinson Cano, Dee Strange-Gordon, Drew VerHagen, etc.
Will SDS ever make it so that players that retire in your franchise can appear as managers and coaches to hire in following seasons? I'm pretty sure that that is not propriety of EA.
Also, at least let us create or edit managers and coaches. Not cool that Buck Showalter is NOT the manger of the Mets.
Did the latest live roster update actually update any rosters? No Robinson Cano, Dee Strange-Gordon, Drew VerHagen, etc. Seriously?
How long before we get new Classic Stadiums added. Ebbbets Field is a must. I would also add Old Comiskey, Tiger Stadium, Metropolitan Stadium, Candlestick, The Astrodome, Memorial Stadium. Just to name a few.
On the same subject, can we get a few new minor league stadiums and Spring Training stadiums instead of the same old stale ones that have been around for years?
@hustlinowl_psn said in Latest Live Roster Update is a joke:
what mode do you play where those players are relevant?
Franchise. I prefer to do a strict Sim of the season.
Still no Robinson Cano or Drew VerHagen on latest roster update. If they say it was because he was suspended last year, so was Marcell Ozuna. They have Cole Hamels in the game and he tricked the Dodgers into giving him a contract to not pitch.
Would be cool if they added Jeff McNeil's model bat on the next update.

Try deleting and reinstalling the PS5 version.
Thank you for the advise. I was going to go that route until I figured out what the problem was. Glad I didn't have to. I even went to the trouble of backing up all the game save files. Thank you again!
