I mean being visible and saying you understand frustrations is what you should be doing in the first 48 hours of the glitch appearing. It's been over 2 weeks, with you having already said it would be included in the next update over a week ago, and then the game did not drop an update on the day in which it usually has done for the past few weeks.
To say nothing of the fact that when you originally said it would be included next update several people inquired as to when they could expect that update and you declined to answer. Now we are getting the same exact information (i.e. Next update, but no word on when that update is arriving.) over a week later.
I appreciate what you do here or at least what you are trying to do and understand that at times it can be a thankless job but do you see how the current state of your communication doesn't really help us?
