There’s a few things I’d love to see add cosmetically to this game to just add that realistic LOOK to the game. Now these things might not be an option to add just yet cuz we still aren’t fully next gen but a few things would be.
- newer uniform looks that feel and look heavier and not painted on the player, maybe jerseys and pants blowing in the breeze or while running. Unbuttoned jerseys at the top , some player unbutton their jerseys a bit and can see jewelry flopping.
-base running/batting accessories hanging out the back pocket like a lot of players are doing while at bat now and days.
-catcher mask visors on sunny days, some catchers have those little visors at the top of their catcher mask.
-different pant length options for high socks like how hunter pence use to wear his super high above knee and how Bo bichette does too. Maybe those low ankle-shin style pants that they wore in the 70’s thru early 90’s and even extra baggy pants like they wore in the 50-60’s. I really don’t like seeing someone like cal Ripken jr or babe Ruth wearing the same pants styles that players now and days wear. Just would add that realistic look.
-umpires need updated clothing as well, they just don’t look real enough. The pants need to be a little more tighter fitting and not so baggy towards the bottom.
Just a few cosmetic things I’d love to see added in future games. Can’t wait for 22 to drop in a few weeks. Keep up the solid work SDS.
