@BOREDJASON13_PSN I would suggest opening a support ticket, since that was their suggestion to me over the weekend if I didn't receive the remainder of my missing packs by the 18th.

I was able to get one of the codes to work. The other is just giving me the "Please Try Again Later" message.

I know last night after I finished another WBC Mini Season, I didn't see the final reward pack on the screen. After bouncing back and forth on the mini season screen and checking packs, I closed the game and restarted and found the reward under my inventory screen. It seemed like last night they were having trouble with the progress and other screens. Not sure how they are this morning, but this was my experience last night.

But I didn't realize that they were pulling live data on all the menu's, while nice to have, makes moving through them frustrating at times.

My missing 9 packs showed up around 9pm EST after a restart of the game.

The progress summary screen was acting weird last night. I submitted a bug report ticket, since there was times I would only see a few lines, other games I would get about half dozen and then others I would get the normal summary to where I had scroll for days to get to the bottom.

@Girldad04_PSN Can't answer about the twitch drops, but according to support (I submitted a ticket), the Now and Later packs were being rolled out and should all be distributed by the 18th. If you don't have them by the 18th, then you will need to submit a support ticket.

I only received 17 of the 26 packs, so I'm still missing 9 of them. If I don't have them by tomorrow, I'll reply to my ticket letting them know.

I will say this, for me, I've been running into more errors/crashes/bugs than I have in previous early access periods.

@kidcharlemagne22_MLBTS It has been my experience that during early access (Xbox user here), the website is not activated. I get an error message anytime that I try to access it from the webpage. This normally gets resolved for me, once early access ends and the game is open to everyone.

As for the companion app, I have been able to access it after updating the app last Thursday. I know that I had to make it through the tutorial before I could access anything in 26.

While I'm slowing getting use to the new UI (there are parts that I like and other parts that I don't), it does seem to be slower than previous years. I see the loading baseball spinning more often in 26 than I ever did in 25 or previous years.

I ended up receiving 17 of the 26 Now and Later packs yesterday, I sent in a support ticket and the reply I got was that the packs were rolling out over the new few days and to give it until the 18th, if I don't have the missing packs by then, to write back to support.

@ksigstretch_MLBTS I did the tutorial this morning before work and opened some packs and bounced around in the UI. I updated the app after this and when I got into work, launched the app and while I could get around some screens, others would show that I needed to play DD for the app to work.

I ended up closing the app and then restarted my phone. From that point forward, I was able to see all the screens and had access the market and pages.

You might want to try restarting your phone and see if that works.

I've only done the tutorial so far and bounced around the various menus. The UI is definitely different and will take some time to get used to. I'm not a fan of them removing the FA collection, since it was a nice way to get stubs and stuff.

Opened 25 total packs, 20 show and 5 twitch so far, and pulled player wise Chapman and Tatis Jr. I've also pulled a diamond uniform. I still have more twitch packs to open. I finished the twitch packs and pulled Raleigh, so 3 diamond players out of roughly 52 packs.

Not a fan of the soundtrack, but I'm old and don't listen to the radio or anything that came out in the last 30 years.

@Rubbaneck34_XBL As stated the Twitch Drops should work right from the get go, but some people have had trouble receiving the drops in the past.

Last year was the first year for me that the App actually worked during the prerelease period. In prior years, I wasn't able to get the App to work until the actual release day.
