There are some badly curated moments in the Carter player program - the first one is down right ridiculous one. 1 Plate Appearance, Hit 1 Home Run, Don't make 1 Out against the Blue Jays closer, which is Jordan Romano who has a ridiculous windup and awful attributes for a hitting moment (high H/9 low BB/9 - and even worse with the Roster Update) so even when he does put one over the plate it is a tough pitch.

Was just about to come in and ask the same. This would be a really good QoL improvement

people on Instagram saying this is going to crash the market.... am I missing something? why would these cards affect the price of all the others? because people buy up cards that they wouldn't have done otherwise in an attempt to complete Trout? or am I just being stupid?
thanks all.
The only impact could be the price on lower Prime cards towards the Trout collection. The Ducks in a Pond cards are already bottomed out - as with currently 4 'free' Prime cards through this program, there will not be as much demand for the lower Prime cards (Carpenter/Soria/Dozier etc) so those that are looking to cash in might start fulfilling the buy orders to cash out.

Curiously I got a bunch of drops yesterday morning (UK time) - guess this was the result of Friday/Saturday's viewings without receiving the drops, but then nothing for the rest of the day despite watching streams while playing the game.
-
So after 10 hours in streams today, and 10 hours in stream yesterday I've not received a single drop.
This after getting 10 drops (including 2 from the 8th Inning stream) on Thursday.Have unlinked and relinked a couple of times.

Strange that the HRD XP is being nerfed, that XP has been the same for years +25XP per Home Run. However there might be a reason why people have more time to play that mode this year, and get all that XP.
The MTO points 'bug' actually seemed like a goodwill gesture from SDS given the state of the actual gameplay within DD, but alas not. There is now little reason to continue playing that mode given that doing it with the same team more than once seems dull as you'll make the same player moves each time. Disappointing.

When the livestream schedule was announced, the franchise improvements were promising. What was delivered today was nothing.
Rebranding - only 2 Uniform Options for the rebranded teams. Not even Alternates. Seems a plaster to enable some customisation.
Changing the location and name of the team, yet having to use branded stadiums - so rebrand the Phillies to the Jawns, using Citizen Bank and having Phillies lit up in Left Field just ruins the immersion.
I'm not asking for a stadium creator - but not having some Generic MLB size stadiums to 'relocate' to seems like half an idea.Nothing also mentioned about some of the bug bears with Franchise in 19 - like interleague rotating schedules, fantasy draft only having teams field 1 catcher.
Why not even import some of the relationship stuff from RTTS into Franchise, or Pitchers learning new pitches in Franchise mode.
Moment Fun w/Joe Carter
