Hi,
I cannot play Diamond Dynasty because of an error "Network Error: An Unhandled Server Exception occurred". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, unplugging for a few minutes, resetting my PS4, and resetting my internet.

I am always getting the error whenever I try to load DD. I can play RTTS, MTO, Franchise, etc. However, I only play DD so this is very much stopping me from playing the game. It's not a PSN issue because I can get online on other games and have network status as OK when I test Internet connection. When I first start the game I see the Show20 Schedule, but after I try to enter DD and get the error that Schedule turns into a "Server cannot be reached at this time" screen.

I can't even login to DD and when I try I get this error every time. I don't know what to do besides submitting an Account Issue on the SDS website and posting here. I read a thread from someone that had this issue, but I don't know how it got resolved or who else I should contact.

Maybe you guys could help me out?

Thanks again @raesone I just shot them an email. Hoping they respond faster to that then expected wait of filing a ticket.
