Hi Everyone,
I didn't intend for people to be fired up at each other. I was upset with the situation and the game but it wasn't my intention to spark up a crazy back and forth. I agree with needing patience. It is certainly something I work on.

I'm sorry but this is one of the most idiotic, knee-[censored] "prisoner of the moment" threads I've ever seen on here. The game released on eight different machines and also for the first time on Xbox, let alone for what is essentially free on Game Pass. It's fine to be upset. Honestly, you should be. But to say that "SDS doesn't care" when they have shown to go above and beyond for their customers and fanbase is just bogus. Give your head a shake, OP.

I agree with your overall POV but at lot of this frustration could be mildly alleviated with a side acknowledgment by them that they are aware, working on it, and hope to have a resolution soon - maybe even an estimated timeline.
PR 101. Even a college intern know this.
I mean, they truly don’t owe any of us anything.
I have to disagree friend. They owe us a game that is playable. No more no less...

With all due respect, where is your evidence that they clearly care? I'm not seeing it.
So embarrassing. They should be ashamed but they're not. They couldn't care less about us.
The game looks great, you try to play and you get nothing but server issues.The product is broken constantly. This happens every year. There is no excuse for this. None.
They don't care. They get the product out and that's all that matters. They'll fix it at their leisure.
No communication, nothing. Just... nothing!
This is unbelievably frustrating.
