I mean at this point they've gotta know if its a problem on their side or apples side so there's no reason not to give us an update or say something about the app. It's just frustrating seeing them still advertising the app and face-scan as being able to be used at launch but they won't acknowledge that they still can't get it out for an entire market. It'll be out at some point, but just be transparent with the fanbase that pre-ordered your game in droves and that expected a core and heavily advertised feature to be available at launch.
