I agree with you. I am happy that it's in the game, but am disappointed in many things that it doesn't have. As you mentioned, no night games or a search feature is a huge problem. Why allow us to share content if people have to search through 50k different stadiums to find the right one? No night games, really? What is this the 1900's? Why put in lighting tower props if they're not going to be useful?
I want to place my bullpen in the outfield like all but 2 MLB stadiums. I want to move the foul territory and walls where they should be. Why don't even have 1 other template for foul territory? I want to put the yellow line on the outfield wall. I also want to make different levels of bleachers be different colors. Having the pitchers mound where they are is really annoying to me. Trying to replicate stadiums is almost impossible it feels due to that. Not to mention that when I have created something, it is glitchy sometimes. Watching homeruns fly through solid objects is very frustrating.
