Posting this here as I hope SDS will see it, if they haven’t already acknowledged this. I’m playing on an LG CX, which is an amazing TV especially for gaming. And while 21 on next gen consoles isn’t a huge graphical leap from current gen, I still think 21 looks really good when it comes to the next gen versions. I bought the JR edition on both PlayStation and Xbox and am happy with both. It really feels great to be playing baseball on Xbox again.
Having said that, the lighting in this game seems really wonky. I hope this is something they will or already have acknowledged and it’s something that they can patch. Play a night game at AmFam Field with the roof closed, and everything looks great. Play a night game at Marlins Park with the roof closed, and everything is WAY too dark, and the colors are super washed out as well. There’s other parks too, such as Nationals Park and the new Rangers ballpark, that are just way too dark.
That’s really my only gripe with the game so far, and I hope theyre able to fix this.
