It’s been almost a month and whenever I try to play online, I see “an unhandled server exception occurred.” Every other game is working perfectly fine. Anyone know a fix or can relate to this?

I don’t understand why this keeps happening. I was just banned for 12 days and today it expired so I thought I would be able to play online again. However, every single time I click diamond dynasty, all I see is “an unhandled server exception occurred” or “you have been disconnected from the show online.” Anyone know how to fix this?

Yeah, it says, “the installed application is the latest version.”

But I’m confused because my ban is done yet I still can’t play online.

Honestly, I don’t even remember. I think I started the year off with Munchers as the name then switched to the California Nuts a month later.

Lol, the Nuts name was Koogs old name that I used. I didn’t even use a logo.

Yeah, it was weird. My first time ever getting banned in which I had no idea why. I won an event game, closed my app got back on an hour later and I was banned for 12-13 days.

Everytime I try playing online I see the pop up notification, “an unhandled server exception.” I have checked WiFi, closed app multiple times, restarted PS4, yet I am still unable to play online.
