Here's my issue. I seem to be "banned" from the online website marketplace, but I can log into the Companion app no problems and can also play the game on my console no problem. I've never purchased stubs before (legally or illegally) and the only thing I use the marketplace for is to flip some players while I'm at work. I've sent in 3 tickets about it and heard nothing.
