Is everyone at least reporting this issue?
We’ve been reporting it for months… they just don’t a give a sh*t about it.

Does SDS do play testing before releasing a product? I can look passed all the graphics bugs and display glitches if the game worked properly but there are basic flaws with a core gameplay mechanic.
SDS sold everyone a half completed game for full price. As long as they keep getting millions on "early access" why would they fix it now? Season is already nearing 2 month mark and they still haven't done anything other than state the weak sauce comment "we are aware of the problem and are working on it."
Glad I didn't get this years game, and if I do end up with 24, it will be AFTER I see how many bugs are in it.
No joke! I’m definitely waiting a month or two next year before even considering getting it.
@BRoy34_PSN said in When is pitching attributes bug in RTTS getting patched:
I’m just looking for some form of a timeline or even acknowledged. This has been going on for two months now. It’s very frustrating not being able to play RTTS with a pitcher. Incredibly disappointing
Looks like never sadly.
Training doesn’t work and performance increases don’t seem to count so pitching attributes never seem to go up past a certain point. Example, I did three training bullpen sessions I did for control and break. I go into a bullpen session 1 to raise my control and break, maxing it out. After a couple of in game weeks and a few starts in between my fastball control actually went went down during the next bullpen session. I started a new file and my first session in double A maxed it out but didn’t actually increase the attribute. Does SDS do play testing before releasing a product? I can look passed all the graphics bugs and display glitches if the game worked properly but there are basic flaws with a core gameplay mechanic.
Does changing the game play style increase the effects of attribute selection? Like if I get a +3 speed increase from a stolen base on competitive vs casual, will it be a bigger bump on my overall speed progress?
Issue: pitch attributes not increasing in RTTS on two way players. 6 seasons in, over 3,000 strike outs but my fastball control is still 37 and my curveball control is still 36 .
Great… still haven’t fixed RTTS pitch attributes not increasing. SDS really doesn’t give a sh*t anymore do they?
Tried this, didn’t work.
I’ve gone back to 22 where basic things like player progression aren’t broken… they’re not perfect but at least they work.
Well they just released update 5 with no mention of this in the patch notes. I’m guessing they’re never going to fix this since it’s been over a month since people started reporting this. Oh well, other games are coming out now so I’m not going to waste my time on a game with a major mechanic that doesn’t work.
What systems are you all on? I’m on Xbox series x and having the same problem.
