San Diego Studios need to do something with all the server disconnections and server issues. They need to either provide all users with a ton of free packs, or they need to provide a ton of stubs to each of the players. This is getting problematic. Turn off the cross platform. EA doesn't do cross platform on Madden nor does 2K for NBA. Keep the servers separated until you can get enough capital to fix the cross platform servers. Playstaion users play with Playstation and Xbox plays with Xbox.

I believe the Mendoza one would have to do with the Mendoza line which is jargon for a sub-.200 batting average. The absolute minimum threshold for competence at the Major League level. It derives from light-hitting shortstop Mario Mendoza, who failed to reach .200 five times in his nine big league seasons.When a position player's batting average falls below .200, the player is said to be "below the Mendoza Line".

So I am assuming no one with a .200 or below BA.

Could be no one under .200 for the whole season.
