Finally got to Gagne on 3rd try. 20 outs to get 1 run, took me til a sac fly on out #19 lol smh
I'll probably get him eventually just for lack of anything better to do, but definitely not in a rush. I didn't start playing until around All Star break and play almost exclusively offline, literally only online i've done is BR over the past week for the stubs (I'm genuinely terrible, but turns out BR is just compiling stats even if you get smoked every game lol. It's honestly worth giving it a shot for the rewards. I wish I'd checked it out sooner). I just play a couple hours every night but have finished every Other Program except yesterday's new stuff and Extreme (which I'll have done as soon as I finish 25k PXP mission two more times) and usually max out featured program.
Most of the time I've only cared about having all the Cubs cards and enough cards to field a team to grind out any PXP mission that might pop up, so haven't chased a lot of the top cards. But over the past month or so have worked on collections for lack of anything better to do with stubs. Have Brett and Cutch done. Just need to finish the postseason program to get 3 more cards for last voucher for Rollins, then I'll start working on Mantle for the hell of it. Currently have about 4.3M stubs and all the Cubs cards, so might as well do something with em lol.

Saved my packs as I worked through new conquest map.
One of the show packs gave a chase 4 pack. Pulled Scherzer in the chase pack.
Actually pulled the headliner in three straight choice packs (one 48 and two 49s)
Pulled Trout in ballin out of control pack
Also hit juicy 2 pack in fall stars and got the rare round. Took Seaver.
Nice unexpected ~400k run lol

Rizzo LightningThat's a really good lineup. Crazy that they are all in Cubs uniforms except Dawson. They've got some solid cards. I really dig that Santo card, Banks is one of my MVPs, Sandberg and Williams hit well for me. Starting pitching will be really good once a 99 Arrietta and Maddux are released to compliment Prior and Wood. Any good lefties? . Chapman and Sutter are a great back end of the BP.
Yea we've got Hamels for a lefty, his Finest 99 is my #3 behind Wood and Prior. Just added the new Eckersly to the bullpen with Chapman and Sutter. It's definitely a fun group to play with.

You could nitpick and find a reason to add an asterisk to a lotta stats in the record book. IMO it's silly to waste time picking and choosing which era and advantages are ok vs which aren't.
I had mixed results. Played a game using all Sept TN players with all 5 of the collection players. Earned 1,580 PXP, but only 715 counted towards the mission. The 865 missing is total I got with Ryan (710) and Moncada (155), but seems like the other 3 counted.
Took all the collection players out on 2nd game to be safe and everyone counted.
Nice! Opened 6 of em last night. One was triple diamond with DeGrom and then DeGrom again 2 packs later
