Same here. I just filed a ticket. Something has happened since lots of people are experiencing this issue. I hope they can resolve it, because I don't want to start over again.

This just happened to me and I'm pissed. I've lost all my DD progress. I was playing the US conquest map earlier today and put my console in rest and now just came on to play and all of my progress and stubs are gone. This is some [censored].

Yeah, I kinda got it working as you did. I have it with my actual name and didn't quite change all the looks, but at least it seems to be working this way, so I'm just going to roll with it.

Will it keep your loadouts doing it this way or will it just have some default one associated with it?

I’m having it as well. I posted on your other post as well. I’m just hoping increased visibility on this issue will get it addressed, because this really sucks. I’ve been playing the show since ‘09 and have never had any issues like this.

I don’t even want to invest the time building my guy through RTTS if I can’t even use him in DD. The Joe Random from the server that is in my DD (I was somehow able to change the first name at some point) does not have any of my loadouts and even if I switch to a pitching loadout on my ballplayer this Joe Random only shows up through the filter for field positions, so even if I were to try progressing this Joe Random it seems pointless without having 2-way capability and the ability to use my loadouts.

I’ve emailed support multiple times and someone named “Miguel” responded the other day saying that I should add my ballplayer to my DD squad and have him lead off and then go to Player vs CPU and bat with my guy then exit and everything should be good. I had doubts with this response and sure enough it didn’t do [censored] to resolve this issue.

Just like in your other post, here is the video I captured that shows how my ballplayer D. Skeeter is not available within my DD squad, which only has BGTT Random as the ballplayer available to me in my DD Squad.

SDS will you please fix this [censored], this is ridiculous and obviously some issue with the data on the servers.

Let me know man if you figure it out. This is happening to me and I’ve done the same as you in terms of deleting saves and re-installing. I’ve written to support a few times and finally someone got back the other day and gave me something to try that didn’t work.

It is pissing me off, because I can’t even progress my created character and use him in DD. I even saved a video of what I see on my show and uploaded it to my YouTube (https://youtu.be/FTUYkzMY_Uo) and sent it to support.

This has been happening to me since release as well.

I ran into an issue where I first logged into DD to receive my rewards and then I proceeded to create a ballplayer and play some RTTS. After doing that for a bit I decided to play some conquest maps in DD, so I was trying to add my ballplayer to my DD squad, but when I filtered for ballplayer all I see is Joe Random.

I restarted my PS5 and then when the game loads I'd get a notification saying "BallPlayer Conflict". It would ask if I wanted to use my created ballplayer that was saved locally or the Joe Random that was on the server. It didn't matter what I selected it wouldn't work. If I chose my ballplayer then I only see the Joe Random in DD manage squads, but if I choose the Joe Random on the server and try to change that back to what my ballplayer was then it doesn't update any of that and it just remains this Joe Random that just has some default loadout. I then decided to delete all of my local saves related to the game, but the issue was still happening. I have since re-installed the game and that didn't work as well.

I've reached out to support, because it seems likely it is some issue with my DD profile and this associated Joe Random on their servers, so hopefully they'll address it, because I want to play with my created ballplayer and progress them.

Anyhow, just curious if anyone else has come across this crazy scenario and if so, if they were able to do anything.
