Also, I don’t think you can point to me complaining about the Showdowns. However, I will point out you being so flippant with your negativity on other people’s struggle. How about this idea, hush, you troglodyte.

As the above poster said, throw some equipment on your ballplayer and it should be enough to get a gapper. Throw on the speedster archetype and you got it.

It is weird, but I can't hit after game updates for like 4 days. I know they aren't doing anything to hitting but it is weird and I may have just weirdly made the connection that I go into slumps about the time that game updates happen and now I force myself into slumps. Either that or the updates do something to me hitting. Probably not the latter but just something I wanted to share.

Players have to be in the MLBPA and also have to do (basically) a consent form type of thing to allow their likeness into the game. Similarly to Jordan Hicks as pointed out above. SDS couldn't put him into the game because he didn't file the paperwork needed to be in the game. I'd assume Akiyama hasn't turned in his homework.

Yeah, the Ohtani card looks like Yordan with speed and fielding.

If they did, then 2/3 of the community would be complaining they are having a good time on camera instead of fixing "problems."

As cool as this might sound I really think it would be a horrible idea.

Is he in the MLBPA? Has he submitted his likeness consent form to be placed in the game? SDS can't just put anyone in the game, even if they are an MLB player.
