@ref479ode_PSN A lot of people will say that's why they have mini seasons. But not everyone like mini seasons. Plus mini seasons is only 3 innings games. They should make it where you can pick 3,7,9 inning games. What would be better is a offline Rank seasons and a offline BR modes. And let the try hards and top players go at it online rank at each other.

@iBonafideScrub__PSN I totally understand it completely. It just frustrating at times playing a all switch hitting team. I definitely know it's not the players fault and it definitely SDS. They need to fix the shrinking pci problem like you said. There is a lot they need to fix in this game.

I don't mind getting my a$$ beat by a good player. But when almost every team online is all switch hitters or it L, switch hitter L, etc or R switch hitter R switch hitter and all their bench players are all switch hitters to it suck the fun out of the game. And when you go to put a reliever in to face the same side it like what the hell does it even matter. It sucks. And it doesn't help matters when the other player plays like a complete 5 year old and jumping around when you hit fly balls and replay home runs and just try everything to win. I understand that is a new meta. But who what to face a all switch hitting team almost every game.

They should give us options to choose 3inng,7inng and 9inng

It's sds servers. They always have been a problem over the years. I have the best internet you can get in my area too. I play so many games over the weekend and through out the week off and on and no problem at all. Get on mlb the show and it a mess.

@GoozeFn_PSN This isn't real life its a dam video game. Input should matter. You and everyone on this forum needs to stop using Get better or that is real life excuse. ITS A VIDEO GAME. The hitting in this year game is so dam random and like a dice roll. Don't get me started on the cpu difficulty either. And he is right this year game hitting engine is the worst it has ever been in years.

So they nerf bunts to stop people from making to much stubs on a game mode nobody likes or hardly plays . But they can't fix there server problems, players animation,co-op, freeze off, gameplay issues,nerfing game modes, MLB stadium lags, fps. Hey but they do love squeezing every ounce of money out your A@@ cheeks

Yes, the Kansas city royals, Pittsburgh Pirates and the Texas Rangers. I usually do very good with them and make it up pretty far into ranked seasons using theme teams. But this year I'm getting beat pretty bad using theme teams with mostly using live series cards with the captain boost and it not even close or even fun using theme teams this year. And the random hitting going on in this year's game is not helping either.

agreed with everything you said. Grinding this year is a big problem and slow. They nerf the hell out of mini seasons. Pitching is a mess you either getting dotting to death or walk to death. Hitting is randomly as hell to. Rookie plays like all star, veteran plays like rookie, hall of fame plays like all star, legend play like Goat, and Goat plays like legend this is all offline playing. And cpu can go from hitting like a toddler and the next minute plays like a top 10 player with eyes of a eagle.

I definitely knows how that feels. One year I was one game away from making world series and I lost one game and I was like no big deal and then I lost the next and the next and straight to the bottom I went just like you did. Lesson learned. Now if I make a world series push if I lost one or two games I get off for the day or play offline depending how. I feel. That work for me and I made it to 980. So I definitely feel your frustration with this game.

Rookie and veteran difficulty hitting Is all random and I can barely beat the cpu just scoring 1 or 2 runs. So I tried hall of fame and legend and guess what I can score 5-10 runs on those difficulty against the cpu . Hell I can beat the cpu on Goat difficulty easier than on Rookie or veteran.

Hitting is all over the place this year. I feel like im in a coin flipping Hitting simulator LOL

@DoIHearBossMusic_PSN yep, or they hit everything or anything no matter where you throw it. And they foul it off a hundred times and hit a automatic homerun.

And i feel like if you play on hall of fame and up the cpu plays like it should some what. But the pitching is still a hit and miss.

The cpu throws to many balls and they dot you to death. It doesn't matter if it's a common or diamond cards. And you need to fix the energy in 3 inning games. How is my pichter throws 3 to 4 pitches and he is already in the yellow or red. And the cpu is fouling off 10+ pitches at bats. I had two back to back 20 pitch at bats against the cpu because they foul it off so much. And hitting feels way off still.

@IrishFist412_MLBTS I'm not a really big fan of QD. I do something similar to what you do. But I play a couple of games in mini seasons then after I will play the cpu on the hardest difficulty.

@ShadowWalker166_XBL The non repeatable rewards in Conquest and how they did mini seasons repeatable rewards was like slap in the face imo

SDS made offline a grind slug and unrewarded the something for online. For mini seasons you have to play through 2 to 3 full mini seasons to not only get some of the repeatable rewards but to get all of them. Conquest is basically beat it and done thing now and there is no repeatable conquests at all. Diamond Quest is so so and SDS seem to be trying to nerf everything and push offline players to that new game mode. team affinity is a little bit a grid slug. And I'm a person who doesn't mind griding for stuff in games. But this feel like a slug grind to me.

Online: SDS kill events, BR and somewhat ranked seasons with adding on that stupid new online program. Events is basically a pxp boost now. Why should I pay 1500 to play BR now and it full of sweaty games and the best of the best is playing that mode now. Ranked Is still somewhat the same. And it seem you have to wait for sds to add more missions to the new online program. What happened to play your way SDS. They should of keep the old program and try to build onto it. What is that old saying if it's ain't broken don't fixes
