HR derby for RTTS is so rigged. I am having the same issue. My guy is stacked as well. Best hitter in the league with the most home runs and most hits and everything. Most of my hits are bombs out of the stadium. I get to the home run derby and my guy forgets how to hit??? Every single home run derby my guy becomes a tee ball player and forgets how to play. Every single hit is either infield or foul ball. They are mostly foul balls. I haven’t changed the way I play at all. Settings are the same and they aren’t even set to TIMING at all. The game is definitely rigged. Especially int RTTS where my team is like 80-14 and they play a team 14-80 and lose like 15-3??? This game is so rigged that I hope they hire some decent coders for MLB 23. Doubt it though.

Is anyone seeing this every year with RTTS? The fast play is great, but the computer is always favored. Every tim they are up it’s like base hit, base hit, walk, hit by pitch, base hit. Then when my guys are up, doesn’t matter what team I’m on either, I never get these string of hits by my players, it’s always strike out, strike out, pop out. Then my player gets up and much of the time I’ll get a hit, but my players, no matter what team, they are a joke. Anyone getting this as well? It’s been like this every year with RTTS for as long as I can remember. I love this part of the game and am always playing it but I feel that the computer cheats for itself a lot and I end up turning off the game and starting the game over until I deem it’s a fair game. Tired of seeing the computer scoring all these hits, doubles, homeruns and everything else while my players almost every game constantly strike out or pop out. It’s ridiculous. Like I said, I’ve never seen, or have rarely seen, my players leading a string of consecutive hits and runs. It’s ridiculous.
