With 100 years of baseball history, why do we need mega-turbo cards of guys who never played a game in the bigs?
Makes zero sense.
SDS --- please end this nonsense forever. Drop these prospect and future cards and never, ever bring them back.
Ever.

Rage Quits have always been annoying --- and immature --- but with this year's edition of The Show, punks that Rage Quit cost us Parallel XP. This means we can't level-up players as fast, and, worse, there's no penalty for Rage Quitting and, thus, there's no risk for scr*wing your opponent wit a Rage Quit.
About one dozen times this year, I've hit a bomb in a close game with runners on base --- sometimes as early as the 2nd inning in a tied game --- and punks Rage Quit by the time the ball is crossing the outfield wall. The game ends: no HR, no Runs & no RBI are recorded. That means I earn no Parallel XP for that batter --- or for anything else that I've done in the game!
Hey, San Diego Studios, listen up! You need to penalize Rage Quitters. Here's an idea: delete one random Diamond or Signature card every time someone gives up a Home Run and "loses connection" within 5 minutes. If they don't have those, dock them 100,000 stubs --- and if they don't have 100,000 stubs, let them go negative on their stub count.
That would end this nonsense! It must stop!
Sorry, but pickoffs to 2nd base are completely BROKEN.
SLOW runners on 2nd base are easily stealing third ON PICKOFFS!
By the time my pitcher has thrown the ball to second and the SS/2B catches it, the slow runner is SLIDING INTO 3rd base!! When my SS/2B catches the ball and PIVOTS to throw it, the runner is standing on 3rd base with hands on his hips!!!
In NO WAY is this even CLOSE to resembling reality. It happened to me THREE times one one game today --- after the third time, I just quit (it was tied, 2-2, in the 7th or 8th inning).
This kind of GARBAGE completely takes the joy out of the game.
Seaver's off-speed stuff is better than most --- especially his slider --- and his fastball is adequate. While his curve as tons of break, it's a challenge to throw it for a strike at the very bottom of the zone --- too easy to throw it in the dirt. That' ok, because a lot of hitters will go fishing, even at a ball below the zone.
His biggest downside is his sinker --- it's flat. It doesn't sink. It's 2-3 mph slower than his fastball but that's the only difference between his sinker and 4-seamer.
Today, pitching, on an 0-2 count, I threw a splitter in the dirt --- two or three balls below the zone. The batter hit a 440 home run.
That seemed ridiculous, so I tried an experiment....
...I threw this guy nothing but splitting BOUNCING in the dirt for the next 3 or 4 innings. He hit 6 or 7 grounders to first base for an easy out....HOW he did that defies physics, BUT...
...he also hit FOUR HOME RUNS on splitters that bounced before the plate --- and they were monster shots to center field.
This is simply NOT POSSIBLE in baseball.
I am not sure HOW they are cheating to do this --- or how they are exploiting code to do this, but SDS needs to FIX IT NOW.
The animation showed the ball actually bouncing almost every single time, so....
