Happened to me on Xbox One a couple of days ago. Up 1-0 in the 8th and about to turn it over to the bullpen when it kicked me out to the Xbox One dashboard.

At the start of my current RTTS, I chose the sparkplug archetype. Is it possible to change it to a power hitting archetype after starting or do I have to make a new ball player to do that?

Obviously this depends on the type of ballplayer you have, but it seems like they made it a bit more harder to reach the majors in the mode this year just by simply playing the game.
