    I've tried all of the attempted fixes above - Linking/Unlinking, uninstalling and trying the PS4 version, changing user accounts and nothing.
    I have not been able to restore my initial account with the DD progress, and edition stubs/packs.
    Furthermore, I tried to play the new DD from scratch and even if I started over, I was not granted any of the packs or stubs from the edition.

    Any more thoughts? I'm thinking of just going the refund route at this point.

    We unlucky few that remain lol. Idk why I can’t link my accounts. I’ve tried everything too. I guess they’ve given up on us. Haven’t heard from victor or anyone else since this afternoon

    Yep same here. If I click unlink, it logs me out of the show website.. then when I log back in it’s still “linked”

    Xbox and PS5 still bugged for me. PS4 version is the only one that works.

    PS4 version has my stuff, but PS5 still doesn’t.

    What if they can't get any data back to confirm what so many people have spent time and money doing? How would they get those affected back playing?

    When a company makes a massive mistake like this... they generally need to go well above and beyond in compensation to regain the loyalty of their customers. Do they provide compensation to those affected, but not to the people that still have their accounts?

    Who knows how this all shakes out... but I do not envy the indvidual/s that will be held responsible for this monumental fiasco.

    FFS, they haven't even said the words "apologize" or "sorry" because it's not smart $ to do so. They say "thank you for your patience" and "keep the feedback coming."

    It's disrespectful and patently immoral. Budget-shelf Machiavelli [censored] by this company.

    SDS at this point is just [censored] pathetic.

    It’s not that, lawyers will tell you not to apologize because it’s an admission of guilt. They know legal repercussions can come from this so they’ll never apologize.

    Victor, you or somebody else at SDS needs to issue an actual, real apology to the community for several things. My account is fine. But the game was broken at early-access launch and has been a mess since. WE paid YOU for the privilege of testing the game.

    The refusal of SDS to just say "we're very sorry, we [censored] up" is pathetic. Predictable, but still pathetic.

    Shout out, SDS communication!

    Manny from support replied saying he’d look into it at 4pm PST yesterday. Still nothing though. I also have screenshots of lineups I’ve used and time played (115 hours).

    I had every program completed besides BR, as well as Mookie Betts and Ohtani live series cards. Any other info you need, let me know here or via email.

    Really want to get back into the game.. being a Tennessee fan, that Jordan Beck card is calling my name. Thanks.
