I had the same thing happen to me on xbox had to have microsoft look into it and they apparently fixed it but it took a couple days.

Anyone else's cross play locked to off? I just played a friend the other day and I turned it on through xbox and it was fine but now it's set to off on the game but xbox it says it's allowed. Any resolution to this? Thanks.
