I think if you use pci hitting you have to find some sort of pattern that works for you by trying different stuff out, like try starting your pci high and inside and adjusting etc, i am older so I just leave my pci in the middle And move it fast after its thrown it works for me because my finger doesnt move much till its throw so its less stress on my thumb and I just have to react to the pitch .

Not sure if there was a baseball rule change that happened that I am not aware of, but when I bring in a relief pitcher and after 1 better or even 2,I dont have the option to take him out is there a fix?
