Cooperstown style. Small town with a main drag.
Baseball card shop where you can buy cards for DD (the marketplace would still exist in its current form if people weren't interested in RTTS).
Sporting goods store for all your equipment.
Clothes. Pregame suits, jerseys, uniforms etc.
Gym. Batting cage. Pitching lab. Basically an area to improve your player.
Hall of fame style building where you can play moments and learn about different eras.
Sandlot. 3 v 3 style. I'd say 9v9 to get the full experience but that would probably melt the servers. Have a couple different "fields". Whether it's from The Sandlot, Field of Dreams, etc. Have a Brooklyn style "park" where a car is first base.
This sport causes a lot of nostalgia and the history has so many roots in so many areas. I'm sure a project like this would be difficult for Sony/SDS to implement but just my opinion on how I would do things

I think there should be a sandlot game mode and a separate level up system that’s only for sandlot and diamond dynasty has its own level up system, there should be different stadiums where players choose to up on a spot to queue up into a game where they have their own player which it can be their rtts player and play a 3 inning game, the winning team would stay on the stadium and wait for others to hop on a game queue, while the losing teams leaves the stadium, player attributes should only be the way the players are with stats and cosmetics doesn’t be to any advantage(bats, cleats, gloves, catchers gear, ect) the level up system should be 1-5 and there is 5 stages to this with each one having a different icon to it once those 5 stages are done there could be a G.O.A.T badge next to their level with the iconic goat picture we have in mlb the show already
