I had all of the NL West collections done except for the dodgers and I finished the dodgers collection today but there have been new cards added to some of the teams and now I “can’t advance a complete collection” and get Steve Finley. Anyone know why or am I screwed?

I started this year playing on Xbox one but I got a ps5 yesterday and can’t seem to link my accounts properly. My Xbox and ps accounts are both currently linked to my the show account but when I log in on ps5 it’s a completely new DD team and my Xbox account has my good DD squad. Any help?
