No worries...when I first started it up I did the same thing and was a bit disappointed. Then I saw someone else say it was fixed somewhere and realized that it was the in game menu.
Just glad SDS got it working.
It's the only mode I really play and I really dislike the behind the catcher view.
With the options now available....SO MUCH better!

I have seen some conflicting comment on the camera settings for a Manage only game.
The latest patch has indeed fixed the issue!
If you are just changing it in the regular menus...you must go into the game and change it in the IN GAME menus.
It looks like SDS actually change the menu back to last years so that the camera settings AND the timer settings are now available again!

Did the latest patch address the camera views in a Manage Game?
They were set to the behind the catcher view and could not be changed.
Worst view in the game of course...

I'm wondering if a dev sees this...are you aware that the camera settings in Manage only Mode is locked to catcher view?(the worst view! LOL)...
If the setting cannot be unlocked to change the camera view...at least can it be set to Pitcher or Broadcast which is what most players of this mode use?
