I've had this same exact issue for a week now. Would love to know if anyone has a fix/solution.

did anyone ever find a fix for this? Having the same issue and it's literally unplayable. My PCI is stuttering and it's impossible to throw a perfect pitch using pinpoint.

Update to this. I uninstalled then re-installed the game and it fixed the issue.

@lucas8181_PSN You sir, suck. Also having this issue and I didn't even know you could adjust sliders in this game.
Literally just am not allowed to play a game.
