Here's a question: does the issue occur more often for disc vs digital download? I have it digitally downloaded.

After playing for 3 weeks without the challenge failed message (first month I couldn't play DD ranked at all due to this) it has returned.

I am constantly receiving a challenge failed. Does anyone know how to fix this?? Edit I'm referring to mlb the show 21

Definitely not "making stuff up" haven't been able to play since Tuesday night.
