I find I got like garbage with a lot of the 99 overall players. I can’t hit with Chipper, Ortiz, Soriano, Acuna Jr, or that new Votto card yet I can take with some gold players

I pulled Mickey Mantle and a couple LS golds. Not bad.

I don’t think anyone thinks that. I understand not every well timed contact on a ball down the middle should be a hit. The point is way too many of them aren’t. Let’s face it I’m the major leagues if a pitcher floats a pitch right down Broadway most major league hitters, especially the stars most everyone has on their Diamond dynasty squad, if they square that up and time it good they are depositing that ball over the wall or ripping it for extra bases. Not weakly grounding out to short or an easy routine fly out. On the flip side too many unrealistic hits, especially home runs cone off pitches thrown in bad locations and lucky PCI placement. That’s what everyone complains about.

Regardless of wether or not the PCI is shown properly way to many fat pitches hit with good or perfect timing end up being easy outs while a pitch at someone’s toes is drilled over the opposite field wall. Patience and good pitch selection simply is never rewarded in this game.

Does anyone know if there is going to be a Team Affinity 4?

But shouldn’t that affect my opponent as well? I was just up 5-0 I get the disconnect message and when it came back up it showed I lost 6-5. So he didn’t get disconnected

Good point. Either way though this [censored] is unacceptable. I’m sure I’m not alone as far as having limited time to play and grind through these things so the constant disconnect loses in elimination type modes is a real hard kick in the nads

WTF I’m so sick of playing a BR, Event game, or Showdown where I’m winning and a server disconnect happens. I’m sorry SDS this is so unacceptable and your little free packs a month ago don’t make up for the stubs,XP, and time lost from the constant and continuous disconnects. Why bother even playing any of those modes. Not to mention the loses in Ranked Season. At least 1/3 of my losses are from disconnects.

Disregard moved to the Diamond Dynasty threads

I just got disconnected during the final showdown in the 4th inning showdown so all that work for nothing…. It’s the second this has happened to me during a final showdown. Such total BS

Ok after ranting about my pack luck this year and odd coincidences I ripped a 50 pack and pulled Trout, Acuna, Sale, and Trea Turner in the first 10 packs also pulled Bieber later on. 5 Diamonds including Trout and Acuna? I’ll never complain again…..until next year

Overall I’ve always been suspicious of the pack odds and how Diamonds appear. Been playing for years and on many occasions I’ve noticed people posting about pulling a Diamond and it’s the same 2-3 players and then I’ll open packs and pull one of those same players. Also on a handful of occasions I’ll pull two diamonds in a 50 pack and they will be the same one. This year alone, while I’m not having much pack luck, I pulled 2 Bergman’s in the same 50 bundle (when he was a Diamond) 2 Bellingers from a 20 pack and just yesterday in back to back packs I pulled two Max Muncys. With the odds being so low it’s strange to me when either thing I mentioned happens.

The problem with hitting in this game is that patience and pitch selection are rarely rewarded. Simply being good at moving the PCI around and swinging at everything is always rewarded. So waiting on good pitches and nailing a fat one with perfect timing all too often leads to at”em balls but move that pci fast enough to that slider at your laces and deposit it for a physics be damned opposite field unrealistic home run.
