went back to the my account page and like magic finally theres where I left off...If it hasn't worked for you I would to the the account page now and check or keep checking it.

@Bi99O_Walnutz88 yeah was on the fence this year buying the game and my love of baseball pushed me. Now? If I don't get credit for the game and/or my account restored, I'm done. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I'll take the L on this one. Shouldn't have to, but I've wasted money on worse things. Like baseball cards

@Bi99O_Walnutz88 and i get the game for free and get enough in game credit to restore my cards and other unlocked items. Thats my line in the sand

I'm still in the same situation as yesterday. At 5000 stubs and nothing, just like the first day of the game. Did a long ticket last night, I'm not doing another one. Lucky for me strat-o-matic delivers this weekend.

@Victor_SDS just logged in this am and I still am back to zero and have only 5000 stubs. your fix was not complete. Try again.

@Bayley4Life2021 yeah it saying either I start over or at level 1 with 5000 stubs, like when I logged on @ 330 am this morning, assuming it was fine to logon. It's been over 12 hours and I can assume my progress is gone. Hope they enjoy being unemployed. Gonna cost sony millions.
