Its poor coding - the developers should've been able to tweak the game to fit within the confines of the console specs. Its the whole point of having a console. Trusting the game makers to put out a product that will run great on any specific console. I only have a xbox one - not having horrible frame rate though.. clearing cache does help -also running the game at 4k. Making sure the xbox is set to 120hz helped too. Your saying there are issues on the newest consoles....just sad.
