The same thing has been happening to me for 2 weeks. Don't even bother asking for a refund they don't get back to you. What you can do is contact your credit card or debit card company. Tell them that you spent money on a product and it was defective and they don't want to work with you. The bank will take the money out of the merchants account and give back to you. It sucks that is has to come down to this.
