All of the NL and AL flashback cards from the all star program are listed as no sells but I havent collected any of them

After a couple restarts it's now working no idea why

I havent earned any xp except from the featured moments

After playing a game I'm supposed to earn xp for the new all star program but all it says is "play games or do missions to earn xp" after every game I check my progress through the program page and it hasn't moved even when I win. I've restarted the game and my xbox my wifi is fine and now I'm worried
