Yup. Just happened to me twice against the Orioles on vs CPU. Crashed in the 6th the first time and then the 7th the second time. I was playing in custom stadium: The Hangar. What inning did it crash for you? And what system are you on?

Same here. I had 35/39 collected before SDS removed the 4 perks. Now I have 35/35 collected but can't get my diamond equipment pack.
