So for anybody having problems with high inside cheesers, the answer is the fixed zone pci. I set it up and in, took my left hand completely off the controller and hit a perfect perfect the very first try in a ranked match. Lol maybe i found my answer

@Sarge1387_PSN this is a situation where I'm literally sitting on one spot and one spot only because the opponent is throwing the same BS over and over again. Couldn't touch it. Like I said, i tested it in custom practice with hall of fame difficulty (which I'm sure is higher difficulty than i play in ranked, I suck) and had zero issue. It makes no sense.

@PAinPA_PSN yeah thats the only thing I can think of. Also like a previous comment said, idk if its just a visual bug or not.

@BnK-24_PSN Yeah thats like the default setting but I'm literally holding the stick up and in and not moving it or letting go. Completely commited to that pitch.

So this is the issue I've been facing. I've been getting alot of up and in fastball cheesers in ranked play. So of course I'll sit up and in and not move the pci an inch. But after the pitch, it'll show my pci dead center or not where i put it. I tested this in custom practice. Set it to throw up and in fastballs at 100 mph on hall of fame difficulty and I'm crushing them right off the bat and the pci isn't showing different placements after the pitch like it does in ranked DD games. What [censored] gives? I'm not doing anything differently. I have a brand new controller with no stick drift whatsoever. It's driving me crazy.

I’m just tired of playing against pitchers who have never thrown 100 mph in their career and they’re pumping it 103 ‍️ make it make sense.

I get that everybody wants to have fun here but at some point we need to get real about the lopsided advantage of playing with timing hitting vs using zone hitting. Timing hitting is the equivalent of playing one button mode on Madden and even the nimrods at EA know better than to allow that in ranked online matches. Many people say "oh, throw to the edges, they can't hit those". You're not going to throw a perfect pitch every time on the corners. Sometimes the game just doesn't allow you to throw a good pitch no matter how perfectly you do the mechanics. Therefore pitches occasionally get left over the middle and are easy perfect perfects for anybody using timing hitting. I just feel like it takes away from the competition. I'm probably not even going to read the comments, so do don't bother. I'm just trying to start a movement to get it removed from ranked games.
