The trick is to have as many mom's as possible.

This is my first year playing this game. Why do I get nerfed some games and my perfect pitches get sucked down the middle or off the plate? Or I straight up line up a ball and it dies at or before the warning track? Why is the script like score 3 runs in the 1st and then all the sudden [censored] are coming in a million miles an hour? Like its forcing me to walk players or killing my ability to hit hr's with 125 pwr? Is this dda, rng? It's my first year playing, I have two accounts in the 800's, but I hit this wall where it's like its throttling me or a governor turned on. Maybe 1st and last year.

It’s just the rng and is def a thing, just hope that the input lag or nerfing is handed out equally. Some games are just off with crazy fast speeds or bad input timing.

One thing I hate is the forced errors that let an opponent back in the game, and the times it refuses to let you throw a strike, the get someone on, to force drama. The scripted [censored] is the worse

This. If you get an error you know some bs is gonna go down. Last night I'm throwing pitches out of the zone, even hit a batter with bases loaded on good input. I do think it evens out sometimes though. It's like a switch flips and all the sudden now you're allowed to hit. I just don't want to be a participant in a script, consistency would be nice and not knowing what to expect game to game sucks.

Anybody else just disappointed with this? The stage 2 art was great with relatively unknown players. I was hyped and waiting for something better with more known players. Instead it's just stage 1 art with meh players. Was looking forward to the grind but now sad and smh.

Yeah I guess for me the art detracts from the players and the desire to grind for them. The players for the most part are above meh but I enjoy the collecting aspect most of all in the game and the looks of the cards for me are severely lacking and remove any desire to grind for them. If they could of had a future stars type look with these players I'd be all over it I guess. Now thinking of selling all my players I was going to exchange. Is what it is. Still have to grind em though I guess bc stage 4.

I just want to know why I can beat a 90-30, 20-1 record guy but lose to the god of hitting with a 190-250 record. Riddle me f$$#% that please. Maybe I'll reopen the app.

LMAO it happens to us all at some point

I liken it to if me, a short fat nerd and a super model where the last on earth, and the model decided only to procreate with the nerd, it doesn't make sense.

Also getting hits outside the zone with bad input constantly. Bad records, bad averages but put up 6 runs in the 1st 2 innings with 4 hrs. I'm throwing [censored] on purpose and they still get hits, even smashing with pitchers. Then yeah, perfect perfect lineouts or lining, timing perfect and ends up just dead ball or right at someone. Why try.

When you get older, you've been banging the fastball for years. The only thing that gets me excited now is the stinker.
