I have a 99 SP and in RTTS he is a 65, Im not sure how to fix this because I am new to the game, anyone know how?

Im a 99, with the diamond main archetype thingy, and I still cannot get a fourth pitch, the fact that they forgot to add that feature is so pathetic.
