Was trying to earn rewards for the April program and got 5 stars over what was needed but wasnt given tge points and the jackie robinson program doesnt have enough stars to get diamond Jackie.... Just was curious as to why?

Hey sds wanted to start by saying love your content but it has been a big struggle in gameplay this year. Much like last year there has been many inconsistent ab where good good good squared up or perfect perfect now are turning into lignouts, groundouts, or routine fly balls. When 20 first launched the hitting was the best ive ever seen it where perfect perfect ligners would fall short of fielders or be hr and good good or good squared up would have a higher chance of turning into something promising. Its been really dissapointing and very discouraging trying to play the game and compete to try and earn rewards online and offline since the hitting patch that myself and many others in the comunity believe we didnt need. I know it has been hard on your end to try and make things happen working from home throughout this pandemic and I thank you for your hard work and for trying to make improvements. The other batting issue I see is how often good ok has been popping up in the feedback when a ball can be dead center of the pci or at least completely in the middle where it is solid yellow n we really need to have a change there. Thank you for hearing me out and i hope you all can take this into consideration. I also wanted to throw out there that the al kaline missions are rediculous with how the card performs but it is very kind of you to have honored him and put him in the game after his unfortunate passing. Thank you all again and hope to see positive improvements in the near future.

Also had a buddy playing at oakland where a ball went through the wall for a HR in right field through the grey topps sign on the Wall.... He also had an issue where a past ball went through the wall behind home plate and it counted as it went out of bounds for a groundrule double... Unfortunately we dont remember what park it was but we believe it might have been riverboat

Had another issue with an outfielder not throwing the ball in this time on ground ball hit into right field. Have noticed all of my outfield problems coming from shane victorino collection reward for red Sox.... Dont know if that has anything to do with it but both issues happened with him. Chose to throw to my cut off man on ground ball into right field and he nonchalantly threw in after letting runner advance to second base. Just wanted to give you all a heads up hoping you could look into it. Thank you

Also was playing at the nationals park and had a ground ball go through the wall in the rf bullpen where the door is located

Hey SDS i have been playing your games since 06 the show amd have enjoyed them and got into online play starting in mlb the show 16. These last two games before 20 have been the only 2 i have been dissapointed with and really enjoyed 20 coming into launch but since the last patch that was put out the game has been very fruatrating to play. The hitting went from the best you ever had to being very unconsitent like last years game and the pitching seems to have gotten a lot harder to locate since previous years. The defense has been very glitchy as well like last year where fielders wont lock onto balls amd keep running. Ive had it happen to me twice now where a runner scored on an inside the park HR bcuz I had no control over my fielder and it wpuld not let me change fielders. If you could please work on touching up fielding it would be greatly appreciated and if you could bring the hitting back to how it was when it launched it would be much appreciated. Perfect perfect hits were falling in front of fielders at launch and I'm not seeing that anymore simce the last patch. Also their has been a lot of balls that have been in tge middle of the pci maybe not 100%centered but fairly on point and it has only generated ok contact. As far as pitching goes honestly I would say I would rather deal with it being harder to locate but would like if you could make it where all pitches that touch the black are counted as a strike. And a few every now n then that are close to the black to be counted as a strike as well to try n balance out the hitting making it for a good balance so your opponent has to deffend on pitches that are close. You all have done a fantastic job with content and I feel this mlb has a huge potential to be your best one just need to make the tweaks then let it ride out from there.
