Same thing happened to me I lost my diamond 2 way after making a new build and all of his attributes got reset

I had a maxed out rtts player so I wanted to start a new one. I started a new character and now my old character is still there but the archetype and all of the attributes are of the new one. Is there any way to fix it please help I don’t want all that time spent to be wasted.
Anyone having issues with losing an archetype?
