I have loved using any of the Yordan Alvarez cards this year.

For most of the game cycle I have used an AL East, NL East, etc. for doing Team Affinity. Right now I have a 1980s team, an NL Team, an AL team, and the best team I can assemble. My rule is that a card can only appear on one team at a time, so the AL and NL teams are the guys that are left, but there are still a ton of good options.

I really wanted to do a 1960s or 1970s team, but as someone mentioned, the lack of bullpen options kills that. I think the only options are Blue, Sutter, Gossage, Fingers, and Eckersley. I might be missing somebody.

Good call. I just edited to add a couple of those guys.

RP is probably going to be the real challenge.

Does anyone use a Theme Team from a certain decade? I have been thinking about doing one from the 1980s. I have plenty of hitters, but I feel like my SP may be a little lacking as I don't have Nolan Ryan, Hershiser, etc.

I got dropped during the last Showdown mission against Sale. I was able to connect again, but that counted as a loss.

I have 24, also. That should be the maximum.

How about a Commons or Bronze Collection (like 10 cards) for 20,000 XP or something like that? I'm not going to be able to finish the 7th inning like I normally would, but I do want a 7th inning Boss. I'm fairly close, but I'm not getting closer without being able to play.

I saw that All Time Sheet in the other thread and loved the idea. Impressive work. I just roll with NL Central, AL Central, etc. in order to grind Affinity. Now that I'm done with Inning 4, I'm still using my NL Central roster (with a young Barry Bonds as my created player), but am trying to rotate in guys that I wouldn't normally use.

I know that I need to go back and edit equipment after changing my Loadout or checking my mission progress, but my CAP's wristbands disappear when I use him in DD. I know wristbands have no effect on performance, but does anyone know a work around?

Got Cole and was happy. Needed to finish Angels and Yankees. Wouldn't have been crazy about pulling Judge, so this was my second best outcome.

Nice thing about the USA map is that you now get all 5 prospects from each division in the reward pack. When it started, you just chose 1 player. As someone said earlier, you can sell them for a couple of thousand stubs if you do the map more than once and have duplicates, or they provide a decent amount of points when doing exchanges in Affinity.

I just need Trout to complete Live series. I don't buy The Show every year, but this will be the first time I will complete the series. Hopefully get some pack luck down the road. Looking forward to trying out Ortiz and Chipper.
